Gloria has over 25 years experience as a business owner and negotiator. She has been an entrepreneur since the age of 26 at which time she started her first business. With a degree in Physical Therapy and a drive to succeed in whatever she goes out to accomplish, Gloria independently started a Physical Therapy private practice and developed it into a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation agency with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology services. She owned and operated this business for 21 years. In 1999 she moved to Pinehurst and married her husband, Ed.

Gloria founded Gunther Properties, Inc., an independent real estate company, in 2004. Having been a real estate investor over 27 years she brings a wealth of personal experience to the table. Her dedication and commitment today in representing real estate clients is as strong as it was when she served patients needing care and medical attention. Gloria has always strived to be the best in whatever she does and her real estate business continues that drive.

Additionally, Gloria is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. With completion of a luxury home marketing course and being an experienced Broker in the upper tier market, Gloria is trained to promote expensive homes and estates. In networking with other agents and contacts around the country she has developed new resources of finding Buyers. Home Buyers and Sellers of luxury properties greatly benefit from her abundance of knowledge.

Gloria holds two real estate designations beyond her N.C. real estate Brokers license including the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). With the GRI designation she is in a select group of N.C. real estate professionals with nationally just 19% of Realtors having finished the course. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer representation. It is awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Having met specified educational and practical criteria, Gloria has been awarded this designation.
